Title: I think my OBI 110 is hosed

All day it hasn't worked properly. I have been trying to use it more today than usual with it being Saturday and all. If a call goes through (rare) it either dies in several minutes or ends up with the most obnoxious static. This does not happen with Google Voice Via the gmail interface, which I have to resort to when, inevitably, the calls fail. I now have the device plugged directly into the modem and it still happens. The call fails, my phone says "check tel line" for about 10 minutes and then all works again, but only for a short call.

WTF?

I'm assuming the OBI 110 is shot or on it's way out.
How do I proceed with RMA?
