Title: Ring from PSTN line, immediate disconnect when no CID name
Post by: Warren on October 14, 2011, 07:31:28 PM
I have an OBi110 with latest firmware, set up with two SIP services and also connected to the PSTN. I'm having odd behavior on incoming calls from the PSTN where there is no CID name, and there may be a number displayed or not. The phone rings until I answer it, but it seems the OBi110 immediately disconnects the call when I answer. I've disabled anonymous call blocking everywhere but no joy.

This is the worst of all behaviors with anonymous calls. Either block 'em entirely, or let me decide to answer. The way it works now I have to get up, check the Caller ID, and pick up or not – but now there's no point in picking up even if I want to.

Any idea what's going on?
