I think there was a way to take a screenshot on the OBi1xxx series phones. Is there a way to do this on an OBi2182?

Web Interface -> System Management -> Device Admin -> Web Server
- Enable LCDScreenShot

Then in Device Update menu (instead of Device Admin), there is a Snap button under screenshot.

If you don't see the option, try upgrading the firmware:
