Hi,
The link for OBi100 & OBi110 firmware update is down. I get a 404 not found error. Is there an alternative location or can someone share the latest update, please? http://fw.obihai.com/OBi-latest.fw is the broken link.

I am experiencing problems with my OBi110 and would love to see the file you point to. Problem is your file is for firmware docs (.fw) and I don't know what application to use to view it. A little more help, please.

That .fw file is not a document. It is a firmware that you load into the OBi110 using the method described in Option 3 of http://www.obitalk.com/forum/index.php?topic=9.0
