Hello, I have the following details from my provider (fields masked), but within the Service Providers > ITSP Profile A, I can only see an area to enter the SIP proxy and Port, where do I add the Username and Password for the provider?

Line Number:    1
VoIP Number:    XXXXXXXXX
VoIP Password:    XXXXXXX
SIP Proxy:    sip.removed.com
SIP Port:    5060

Voice Services-->SP1 Service-->SIP Credentials

AuthUserName
AuthPassword
