Title: OBI stops working after misdialed number
Post by: vadr on April 06, 2021, 08:06:48 AM
I wonder if anybody else is seeing this problem.

Whenever I dial something that results in provider's error message following 3 ascending tones- such as "This number has been disconnected", "All circuits are busy", and such - after that I'm unable to dial any other numbers until I reboot OBI device. Dialing every legitimate phone number now results in "the number you dialed has not received a response from service provider". The problem is fixed by rebooting OBI device.

It's OBI200 , version 3.2.2,  working with Google Voice, and as long as I don't dial something that results in the error, it works without a problem ever.

Wondering if others see the same. It has been this way for a while.

I have had the same problem off and on for a couple of years. Seems the only fix is to reboot the device.

Sometimes you have to reregister your device in your dashboard.
