Hi,

I've been using my Obi200 since 2017 without any issues. Recently it has been acting up and I've had friends and family tell me that they cannot get through to my line (no ringing) meanwhile others can connect without any problems. This would happen to certain cell/voip users.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you thought of looking at any call logs that might be available through your ITSP?
