Title: Obi1062 HD Problem

With a Obi 1062 I'm unable to hear the other end of a call after resuming from hold or merging a conference call.

In short what I observe with Google Voice is that when the call connects, the line button does not have HD indicated. But after resuming HD is displayed and I can no longer hear the other party(s).

A simple test is call anything, press hold, then press resume. At that juncture the HD indicator is added to the call and sound is no longer present.

Is there any way to force the 1062 to not drop into HD on a call that was setup as a non-HD?

Or I might have no idea what I'm talking about with respect to HD, but I assume it is a different CODEC, thus the reason the this problem occurs.

I opened a support ticket with Poly given I couldn't find anything in the manuals nor the setup, though there might be something I missed that could be changed.
