Title: Ooma Telo Phone Port to Obi FXO - Caller ID Passed Correctly?
Post by: SimonD on December 22, 2011, 06:50:29 PM
I just got Ooma. Could someone with Ooma Telo (phone only port) and an Obi110 confirm that with the Ooma phone port connected to FXO of an Obi110 and DECT 6 phones connected to the Obi110 Phone port that Caller ID for calls to the Ooma get passed through correctly?

I need to get a new ATA since this setup causes Caller ID to fail when I connect the Ooma to either a UTStarcom or Azatel ATA FXO port (both unlocked former Lingo). I hadn't expected this issue as they worked fine with a current Lingo SPA2102-R connected to the old Lingo ATAs but for some reason the Ooma Caller ID doesn't get passed through.

Thanks in advance.

In my set up is works sporadically.  I've tinkered with the RingDelay setting but it doesn't seem to make a difference.
