Title: OBI 110 Built in IVR or 3CX needed
Post by: ddalton on January 12, 2012, 05:20:23 PM
How can I setup an IVR with the 110 so that it will do the following:

Play a greeting
"welcome to xxxx, press 1 for store hours, press two to connect to google voice number, press three to connect to the PHONE"
1= a recording
2= connect to google voice voicemail
3=ring the plain phone line (PHONE port) if no answer google voice voicemail

Is this possible?  if not using 3cx  How can I do the same thing?

Sorry I am new to the 110

While you can change the IVR prompts, the basic operation of the IVR cannot be changed:

Press 1 to continue the call (ring the PHONE port)
Press 2 to make a new call (make a new outgoing call)
Press 3 to enter a callback number (the Auto Attendant will hang up and call back to the number entered)
