Performing the above will not only removing the device from the OBiTALk portal but also performing a FACTORY RESET to the OBi110.
Perform this function when:
a. you no longer want this box to be in your OBiTALK
b. you want to "give" the box to someone else and letting the box to be added to that person's OBiTALK portal.
