Title: Inbound Calls from a Circle of Trust not being managed by AA
Post by: bitpshr on April 06, 2012, 10:05:56 AM
Don't know if there is a new/known issue. My cell phone is listed as Circle of Trust. When I dial my GV phone number, it rings and rings, not being picked up by AA. I know that the call is being managed, as I get a GV "Missed Call" notification. I have a TMobile number and I switched from "Match" checkbox being checked (under Circle of Trust), to not being checked. The OBI reset and I'm still having issues getting the call through.

I can call my GV number with my work cell phone, so I know that the OBI110 must be partially functioning.

Any process checks that I should be looking at????

Check the call history in the Obi and see if the call was received and not handled properly, or not received at all.

Currently, Goolge seems to be having problems delivering calls to the Obi.

Log into the OBi directly at the IP address returned by dialing ***1 and verify the following setting:

Voice Services -> SP1 Service -> X_InboundCallRoute : {12341234567:aa},{ph}

where 12341234567 is your cell phone number as displayed in the OBi Call History.
