Title: No sound when answering Post by: Fasttimes on September 12, 2012, 08:21:45 am Ive been getting a lot of calls where I pick up and there is no sound on either direction. The caller calls back and the same thing. This happens about 50% of the time.

Welcome. If the phone rings and you have no sound, then that may be a NAT or routing issue. Make sure ALG is disabled in your router, and perhaps the RTP ports of the OBi need to be port forwarded to the OBi unit. |
