Title: Changing your e-mail address
Post by: 0x0is0 on November 15, 2012, 03:47:20 PM
How does one change his email address associated with OBitalk to another email address???  I realize that your email address is also your OBitalk website sign-in username.

I would like to change my initial gmail address with OBi to another gmail account.

Should I just drop/forget about the first email address and sign up to OBitalk again using the email address I want?

Surely there has to be an easier way...

You need to get OBi Support to do it for you. Send them a request.

Question: How long (guesstimate) does a support request like this take for OBI support to process?

Bay11,

They usually answer by the next day.

why won't they let people change email addresses on the website?

Funny, how once in a while the same conversation develops simply because people don't use search functionality...

Equally peculiar that people consistently make the first post in the wrong forum...
