I am unable to find an answer to the following question and I am not sure if it is possible to configure the OBI110 to do it, Here is the question: Is it possible to configure the OBi110 in such a way that if I dial the landline connected to the OBi then the automatic attendant will answer and allow me to dial on out using the Google Voice number associated with the Obi110. Yes, that facility is available. It is called "Trusted Callers". You put numbers in a Trusted Callers list. When that number calls the OBi110 then the auto attendant answers and allows calls out on other trunks such as Google Voice. |
