Title: iLBC 13333 should be 13300
Post by: mikeatroundhere on December 31, 2012, 05:46:01 PM
After looking at many documents attempting to get iLBC forced to work I have come to the conclusion that iLBC 13333 does not exist and should be 13300 per (and other docs):

https://developers.google.com/talk/call_signaling#Audio

  </payload-type>
    <payload-type id="102" name="iLBC" clockrate="8000">
  <parameter name="bitrate" value="13300"/>

I have not found any service that mentions 13333 and was wondering why I couldn't get it to talk to anything using this codec.  The payload always seems to be 102 as well instead of 98 however that is something the we can modify in the web interface, the "value" is not however.

Thanks,

Mike
