I am wondering if someone could provide help. Currently Line =bell copper line used for local and 911 service Sp1-north America longdistance Sp2-international calls via VoIP.ms Line, and sp1 -dials out immediately followed by a ring tone (to let you know that the call is being made)...then someone picks up When dialing out via sp3, I dial, there is only silence until someone picks up. I am wondering if there s a setting that will allow the ring tone after I call the outbound international call.
