Title: Panasonic 6.0 DECT phone flash button issue
Post by: Crow550 on April 23, 2013, 03:10:20 am
Someone else has this issue too: http://www.dslreports.com/forum/r27929254-Obi110-breaks-POTS-call-waiting

Tried changing the DoubleHookFlashTimeMax to 2000 with no real change.

Anyone know a fix?

It is not a timing issue: you must flash twice. The DoubleHookFlash feature is just that.
You flash twice to send one flash to the far end, once for the Obi feature only.
If you are not using DHF feature, then you may chose whether or not to send the one flash out, or handle it locally in the Obi.

K I will reset it to the default expert settings and try pressing it twice Tomorrow.

I will test the calling waiting and a 3 way conference call.

Fixed it.

Had to set the Flash delay from 90ms to 250ms in the phone settings. No double pressing needed. Works like a charm! :D
