Title: Obi says CallCentric "Service Not Configured"

I went to the Obi dashboard and filled out the form to make my CallCentric account SP2.  Obi says "successful."  But then, returning to the dashboard, it says "Callcentric   Service Not Configured".

What am I missing?

I have the same problem.  Have not been able to successfully configure OBiTalk with Callcentric using OBI100. Have unplugged OBI, reset SIP password in Callcentric, etc and every time I get the same messages.  Either Service Not Configured or 403.  Not as straightforward as I thought it would be. hours wasted.  disappointing...

It's working here and has been for months. I even deleted my configuration and reapplied it from scratch just to see if it would re-register. It did.
