I'm trying to upload a recorded prompt to my 202. Here's what the OBiPLUSTutorial.pdf says about it: Quote Upload an audio file to the OBi from the device web page under Voice Services/Auto When I go to Voice Services/Auto Attendants (via OBi Expert Configuration), I am shown ten empty fields (corresponding to the ten userXdescriptions) in the "value" column, but, besides unchecking the "OBiTALK Settings" box, the fields will not accept any input.Attendants, by clicking the corresponding UserXDescription parameter, for X = 1, ..., 20. What am I missing? Thanks again, Title: Re: Uploading recorded prompts Post by: barnam on August 09, 2013, 11:53:35 am After a quick call to support, it seems that uploading files can't be done remotely from the web site interface, but only through a direct connection via the LAN port of the 202 device itself (browsing to 192.168.10.1, and using admin/admin to login).
I'd say that their documentation could use a bit of an update. |
