Title: OBi 202 Backing Off

Hey guys,

I know the issue of the permanent error message "Backing Off" has been discussed many time, but none of the discussions or the OBi FAQ/help documents have solved my problem.

I have had the device work perfectly fine for several months until now. Currently the issue is that SP 1 shows "Google Voice™ Account   Backing Off".

Here is what I have tried:

1. Reset OBi, delete device configuration, and reconfigure all from scratch.
2. Turn-off 2-step verification
3. Confirmed OBi Google account user name is the same as  Primary email address in my Google Account settings
4. Confirmed that I have up-to-date software
5. Successfully place call with Gmail's Call Phone feature

I woul dgreatly appreciate any further advise.

I am having the same problem. Did you finally get your problem resolved?
