I have been using OBI Talk (110) with GV for close to 2 years now. For the past few months we are noticing a strange problem. This happens for both incoming and outgoing calls. The connection goes silent for a few seconds. I cannot hear anything from the calling party. Then it comes back on after a few seconds silence. It goes off again after a few seconds. This continues. The silence interruptions last almost up to 5-10 seconds. Never more than that. I have optimum for internet. Recently they changed the router and I have been having problem since then. They did test the network and say there is no packet loss or anything. Can someone help please.
