far as I know a "softphone" account is created. I don't know of any way of deleting it, so... perhaps you have hidden it using the following: Edit Profile => Advanced Options => View Softphone on Dashboard (unchecked) p.s. doing this will "add it back". Title: Re: Soft Phone disappeared from dashboard Post by: cluckercreek on April 10, 2014, 04:38:17 pm when you sign into ObiTalk, look in the top right hand corner of the dashboard. It says "Show all". Click that and it will open open and show your softphone.
