It took me a few hours to figure out all I needed to know to set an Obi100 with Callcentric so I thought I'd save you some time.
First. Obihai's setup wizard did not work, so you have to follow the instructions at Callcentric but that didn't work right either.
Under voice services X_InboundCallRoute needs to be >1777YOURPHONE:ph or SIP scanners will make your phone ring with ghost calls incessantly. Note > is part of the string.
For E911 access Outbound call route needs to be:
{(911|933):sp1},{pli:(xx.)},{sp1:(<**1>xx.)},{sp2:(<**2>xx.)},{pp:(<**9>xx.)}
The Obi now works real good.
