Title: Need setup help with Phonepower

I am trying to set up a Phonepower account. I'm logged in to Obitalk, and went through Approved service providers. I used my Googlevoice number as PhonePower VoIP Number, chose a PhonePower Username, and a PhonePower VOIP Password. After submitting, I get a new page that says save device error Invalid instance:1

What am I doing wrong?

I don't think you can use the google voice number unless you port it to phonepower. Do the setup and choose a number from phonepower's list (during setup). When all is good, forward your google voice to the phonepower number. Phonepower automatically spoofs your google voice for outgoing calls.

Thank you, maybe that's the problem.  ;D When I went to Approved Service Providers - Phone Power, there was no device in the dropdown and nothing in the service provider dropdown, so I never got a number. Obi Support answered my email. I had signed in with my Google account, and I needed to sign in with my email and password instead. Everything worked fine after that.
