Title: Setting up Anveo Basic (register failed: 401 unauthorized)
Post by: philcruz on May 31, 2014, 07:23:30 PM
I just got my new Obi100, signed up for ObiTalk and signed up for the Anveo Basic Plan. In the ObiTalk portal it says:

"Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized"

Looking at the troubleshooting page it says:

"This typically indicates that your SIP credential (e.g. username and/or password) is incorrect. Please check with your VoIP Service Provider and confirm your SIP credential information. Reenter the correct SIP credential again to OBiTALK and status should show "Registered"."

But the Anveo Basic plan via ObiTalk says:

"Access to SIP credentials (username/password) is restricted on your subscription package. However, you can still configure other SIP related options."

How do I resolve this?

Thanks,
Phil

Nevermind. I was able to resolve it by re-provisioning the Obi for the Anveo service
