Title: Outbound Caller id is wrong

My SP2 carrier, voip.ms, has the correct outbound caller ID programmed in their server; but I think the Obi202 is overriding that.  My SP1 number is appearing as the outbound SP2 caller ID.

Is that even possible, if so, how do I fix it?

Are you sure you are dialing out on SP2?

And to be sure, you can look at your call history in your OBi. Find "To SP1" or "To SP2" for recent calls.
