I have been using the OBi110 with just a Gmail account to make free outbound calls.
No need to bother with setting up GoogleVoice number with all the quirkiness.
Incoming calls are still coming through my PSTN line connected to the Line port.
Setup is easy and I am not giving up my land-line (yes, $15/mo just to keep my number + 911).
