Title: OBi1032 Google Voice Issue
Post by: Boykin on September 17, 2014, 05:09:09 pm
I have 3 OBi1032s with Google Voice set up on SP1, another Google Voice number on SP2 and my cell connected via BT on one 1032 and routed to the other 2.  I had this situation happen when I first set up the 3 1032s and it had stopped by the time I got home from work the next day so I thought the situation just went away.  I reset my phones yesterday and it came back.  Here is the problem.

After the reset yesterday, I could call the Google Voice number on SP1 and all three phones would ring until answered or the call went to vm.  This is what I wanted.  However, if I called the Google Voice number on SP2, all three phones would ring, then two of them would crash and reboot and the third would keep ringing.

Today when I got home, I can call either GV number and both ring on all three phones until answered as they should.  None of the phones crash.  It appears everything starts working again after I leave things alone for about 24 hours.

Anyone have any idea what is going on?

While my setup is not nearly as complicated as yours, I have found the 1032 does reboot when GV is called when I also have PhonePower configured and that's the line my GV forwards to.  But the reboot doesn't happen all the time but does seem to be the first call received after a hard power cycle.

I know this doesn't offer any reason, just confirming a similar issue.

i just made a callcentric account for each line by doing this it gave me caller id and Voicemail and i can list extentions per device for that number and the voicemail feature does work with the indicatior on the obi1032 and the obi100 i use the google voice to dial out but to receive calls on the callcentric hope this will help you :)
