Title: Trying to change Primary Line - does not save

Hello,

I have an OBI200 and have GV on SP1. I have anothe provider on SP3 that I'd like to make a Primary Line.

If I set to it accordingly in Physical Interface > Phone1 Port >Primary Line, it always defaults to SP1 when I reboot thus the setting never sticks.

Please help.

If you are using the local interface to configure your OBI and not OBiTalk you must disable auto-provisioning.

System Management -> Auto Provisioning
Under OBiTalk Provisioning
Method: Disabled
