Title: centurylink actiontec modem cant detect my obi100 Post by: Thadar on February 16, 2015, 04:25:48 pm I just got a obi100 and have been trying to add my device to my account. The problem is that my actiontec modem can't detect the obi. I have tried disabling the firewall but still doesn't show up. Can anyone help with this? I don't know how to open ports as they recommend in the help section

I didn't have to change any settings. I just plugged it in. Perhaps it's some other set up issue.
