I have to manually dial my area code to make local phone calls.
The OBiTALK web portal 7-Digit Dialing for USA & CAN has my USA area code:

7-Digit Dialing was working last week when I was using phonepower OBi Lite with Google voice.
Last week I changed my OBiTALK web portal to use just Google voice.

Using OBi Expert go to:
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A General -> DigitMap
Uncheck the box under OBiTalk Settings then uncheck the box under Device Default.
The DigitMap should contain a rule like: <1575>xxxxxxx
If it doesn't have this rule, add it.
The rules are separated by a vertical bar.
Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
