Hi

Obi200
Chrome

When I click CallOBi
enter the phone number
click call

nothing happen, no dial tone, no dailing
just a message "Call Ended"

Please advice

It doesn't call real phone numbers. Only the 9 digit (without dashes) number of the Obi device you want to call. And it doesn't work to OBi1x0 devices.
