Obiline for intercom

Recently purchased an obiline for use with an obi200 and our condo NSL intercom. Since I have no telco service on the line it was physically disconnected it years ago. In normal times there is no voltage and the obiline shows a flashing red error state.

When the intercom rings the obline turns green but doesn't ring through to the phone. This use to work just fine with an spa-3102. Any config settings I could make to get this working?

I have same problem :  any idea how to make it work:   NSL intercom  and obihai.  I m in Montreal can pay for same buddy to set up it for me ......thanks
