Author Topic: Change Voice Gateway After Chaning Obi Unit  (Read 16283 times)

I recently had to replace my Obi hardware due to equipment failure.  It is configured and running now.  I had previously configured Obion with my iPhone using the voice gateway that pointed to the old Obi hardware.  Now I log in to my iPhone using my ObiTALK account and it still points to the voice gateway for the old Obi hardware and I can't find any way to change it to the new gateway.  On my iPhone, there is no option to click on it to change it or otherwise edit the gateway information.

My iPhone obitalk number is registered as a speed dial in my obitalk account.

How do I change the voice gateway on the iPhone so I can get connected again?

From the OBiTalk dashboard click on the gear icon to the right of OBion

If OBion is not listed on the dashboard, click Edit Profile on the left column.
At the bottom of the page check "View softphone on dashboard"
Click Submit Query.

Select your Gateway from the dropdown list.
