I know installing a Google account reflashes your OBI to work with GV.

Can you still use the other account{s} on the Obi box for non-GV accounts?
I'm talking about 100's & 202's.

Yes, you can use any unused SPx with any provider.

The OBi's you mention always work with GV.  There was a change made to GV account authentication that does require later firmware.

Yes, you can configure 'normal' ITSP SIP accounts on an OBi configured for GV.  But you are limited to the total number of voice accounts supported on each device (SIP and/or XMPP/GV).
