Changed Google Password And Obi Password - Still Can't Login Without Paying!

Everything was working great. All I did was change my password (long overdue) and then changed my password on OBI.
Phone won't work!
It says on your web site I now have to pay $10 per year!!!!
All because I changed my password?????

What device do you have?  If a 100 or 110 and it isn't on the 2872 firmware, update it manually.
