OBi 100 Dead?? The "Telephone-IVR-Based Local Configuration" not working

I'm wondering is my OBi 100 has died.  It had been working with Google Voice for a couple of years.  Life is good.  It stopped working, calls in or out.  The inbound calls were showing up in device history so I was assuming Google Voice config was ok.   I decided to do a delete and re-add of my device.   I've not been able to get it back. 

Here's what is working:
- solid green light for power
- DHCP server assigns it with an IP
- web UI is working

Here's what is NOT working:
- obitalk.com add device times out
- **9-222-222-222 gets no response
- Telephone-IVR-Based Local commands get no response

Since the IVR-based local commands aren't working I was thinking that other then the phone (very unlikely) that it telling me the phone line interface on the OBI 100 (hardware) has died.   

Anyone have an opinion or something else to try?

Do you get dial tone when you take the phone off-hook?

If yes, log in to the local web GUI and look at call history. Do you see the call to **9222222222?

Google Voice set up 6/8/13 4:51 PM 5 years ago-- purchased Obi 110 shortly thereafter.   

It's not the telephone itself-- that's fine. I am using the same Panasonic Link2Cell I've been using for a few years.  Same brand I used with my Obi-110 for 5+ years.  I purchased the Obi202 for me on May 12th of this year(and Obi200 for my son in 2017). 

The telephone cord is working. I plugged that into my LANDLINE's jack and it's fine.  I found the support telephone # and called; left a message--however, pretty confused as to what I have in terms of a warranty for an item that stopped functioning after 2 months...

The forum software is causing multiple versions (with the same title) of first posts of new topics to appear. It is not causing the same content to appear as new topics with different titles and as replies in pre-existing topics.
