I want to use bluetooth earpiece instead of carrying the phone so that I can doing something else when making a call. Is it possible to pair a earpiece to obibt and listen/speak over it?

No.

OBiBT lets you link a cellphone to your OBi200 so that so calls in or out over cellular can be taken on the OBi's handset or bridged to or from other ITSPs.
