Hello,

I'd like to know if I can use hangouts on my cell phone without having any problem with my OBI using the same google account?

Yes.  Hangouts operates completely independent of the old Chat system used by OBi devices.

I'd like to know if I can still make calls with hangouts on android when I am in the phone on obi using GV?
