OBI 1062 and Skype

I've been trying to follow Skype setup guide at:

I realize it's an old guide but couldn't find a new one.

I ran into 2 issues, not sure how to solve it. After going into Expert mode in ObiTalk

NO "Physical Interfaces > Phone Port" option to configure

The purpose here is to add a Voice Gateway for dialing. How do I do that in Obitalk?

Also:
 
"Voice services > Gateways and Trunk Groups > Voice Gateway8"

 Does not allow anything to be typed in any of the fields.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions, I would be greatly appreciate. Been at this for hours now.

The 1062 doesn't have a phone port, so you would go to IP Phone/Phone Settings.

To make modifications in OBi Expert both boxes to the right of the value must be un-checked.

I think I completely misunderstood the end result of the guide. My computer must be running in order for this to work? Am I missing something here?

Yes and Skype must be active.
