Port for sp2 Obi110

I have one phone hooked up to my obi110 on the Phone port
I have 2 phone numbers from seperate GV accounts. The phone rings when either number is dialed(different ringtone)

I want to add a second phone and separate the lines. When I unplug the phone from Port and move it to Line, its dead

How do I separate the lines?

The OBi 110 only has one phone port, meaning, it only supports plugging in one telephone.  The other jack (Line) is used to attach an external telephone service (legacy POTS or some other telephone service provider).  It isn't for attaching a second phone line.

You'd need to buy a OBi 202 to have two separate phone jacks for two separate telephones.
