Continuous Ring on Incoming Calls

I have a new Obi200 on Anveo and sometimes, not always, the phone rings continuously on inbound calls instead of the normal ring pause ring sequence.
Does anyone know what causes this?

Do you have 2 or more cordless phone systems? If you do, try separating the bases as much as you can.

dhfobi:
I do have 2 cordless bases on my system but one I just use as an extension and I have the ringer turned off. It also operates at 5.8Ghz whereas the main cordless I use is a DECT 6.0 phone on 1.9Ghz so I didn't expect interference. But having said that I'll unplug the 5.8Ghz. phone base and see if the problem goes away.
