Sync contacts across multiple OBi10x2 phones?

Is there a way to synchronize contacts between multiple OBi10x2 phones?

Being able to download google contacts is nice, but a lot of editing has been done on one phone to make them more phone use friendly and it would be nice to have these changes on all phones.

Not that I am aware of.  See the Buddy List write-up in the 1000 Series Admin guide, starting on P. 86, for details on how you can manage a buddy list using Google Contacts.  Each phone would have to be signed into the same Google account for contacts sync purposes.
