Switching out an Obi200 with an Obi202
«

I installed and obi200 and was going through the E911 and Ring2 setup, and found out I needed the Obi202 which has two ports. I was wondering if I will have any trouble switching out the obi200 with an obi202 once I receive it? What will I need to do in order to delete the info from the obi200 and install the new info from the obi202? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1. Are you sure you need a 202? The single phone port on the 200 can make or receive calls on any of up to four Service Providers. It also supports switching the handset between two simultaneous calls. If you need two handsets on two different simultaneous calls, then yes only the 202 can do that.
2. Just delete the SPs you have configured on the 200 and install/configure the 202 as if you never had the 200.
