What is profile A and default ring ? it is difficult to read through the manual.It seems that basic command program language related to telecom needed.

To make a change you need to uncheck BOTH boxes to the right of the value.
DefaultRing 2 is a triple ring
DefaultRing 3 is a double ring

There are 2 Ring Profiles (A and B). They are listed under Ring Settings. Each Ring Profile contains 10 Ring Patterns. The DefaultRing points to a Ring Pattern.
Ring Pattern 1 = 60;(2+4)
60 = Ring for 60 seconds
2 = Ring for 2 seconds
+4 = Silence for 4 seconds
Repeat for a total of 60 seconds
Ring Pattern 3 = 60;(.8+.4,.8+4)
.8 = Ring for .8 seconds
+.4 = Silence for .4 seconds
.8 = Ring for .8 seconds
+4 = Silence for 4 seconds
Repeat for a total of 60 seconds
These patterns can be modified.
