callcentric setup for sp2

Hi, I just bought an obi110 and have set up GV on sp1.  I want to set up callcentric on sp2, but I can't seem to find instructions on how to do it.  I don't want to use the obitalk.com service that sets it up because it will override by sp1.  Thanks!

Starting with ITSPB/SP2 settings at Default, a minimal configuration would be:

Service Providers -> ITSP Profile B -> SIP -> ProxyServer : (Callcentric Proxy Server)

Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> X_ServProvProfile : B
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthUserName : (Callcentric Username)
Voice Services -> SP2 Service -> AuthPassword : (Callcentric Password)
