Frustration with OBITALK - Not able to setup Google Voice on SP1 slot (OBI110)

I upgraded the firmware and re-registered GV on SP1, Google Voice status on SP1 is Connected now.
However, I am still not receiving incoming calls on my phone. Again, outgoing calls are working.
I verified, Google Chat is checked on my Google Voice config page.
I noticed that Obihai's Google Voice Tutorial - Step 6

shows a line: "Incoming Calls Will Ring On" _ Phone 1 _ Phone 2
There is no such line on my SP1 Google Voice Configuration page in OBITALK (there is only line for the outgoing calls).

That line is only applicable to OBi202s. They have two phone jacks. You have an OBi110 which has only one phone jack.
Did you follow SteveInWA's instructions to the letter?

Yes, I followed all the steps during re-registration. BTW, what I meant to say is the line "Incoming Calls Will Ring On" is not there at all. It could just be that Obihai did not update their documentation yet, but that was confusing.
But, here is the twist. I powered off OBI110 and went to watch a movie. Once I returned and powered it on again - it started working as expected !?

The screenshot is for an OBi202. As there is no choice of phone for an OBi110 that line does not appear.
