Aveno & Obi110 missing beginning of voicemail

Since I switched to Aveno, I have noticed that the beginning of the automated messages from my daughter's school are dropped from my home answering machine -- normally the first 6-10 seconds.

I presume that this is some type of premature answer signal from the obi talk &/o aveno to my schools automated dialer. Is there any way to fix this?

I am using automatic provisioning to set up aveno as sp1.

Which plan are you on with Anveo? The reason I ask is because their default call flow for some plans has an odd "gimmick" right at the start that has I believe a 6 second delay. If you can't manipulate / fix the call flow yourself you may be out of luck. I took the "goodies" block out of my callflow because as far as I could see it served no purpose, at least in my case.
