Is it brand new or has someone else had it before you? Strange thst it has no 9 digit Obi number on the bottom.

The default login is admin for username and password. If those don't work try a factory reset. It is one of the FAQs on obihai.com.

Take a photo of the bottom label and post it here -- something sounds fishy.

Brand new, direct from OBi. admin / admin doesn't work. I'm reluctant to do a factory reset because, based on what I read, breaking the seal over the reset button voids the warranty. I doubt a reset would make a difference in any case because it ran its setup when first powered on.

Like I said:  post a photo.  This sounds like BS to me.  Obihai doesn't sell directly.  There is no seal over the reset button.  This doesn't even sound like it's an OBi device to me...some other brand or counterfeit/fake.

Well, that's that.  It is not an Obihai OBi product.

Return it and buy the real thing from the links on the left side of this page.

Could someone explain to me how an "InnoMedia MTA 6328-2Re" can be read as an Obihai or an OBi 202?

I don't want to insult anyone on purpose but is there a special needs issue here?

@jomike,

I don't want to sound like a smart @$$, but where did you purchase that item. I sure hope that you can get a full refund.

A journeyman electrician sent his apprentice with a 5-gallon bucket and was told to put the ends of the service drop in the bucket and fill it with volts. He was there all day.

I found the original box. The included docs were for an OBi202, Phone Power's mistake.

I apologize for wasting your time. Thanks for being a smartass.
